These rules regulate the ordering, payment, cancellation and other conditions related to the use of the website.
Please read these rules carefully before using our services.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter Terms) establish the procedure for using the Kelioniuserpas.lt website (hereinafter Website) and providing services.
1.2. Service provider UAB "Kelionių kompasas", legal entity code 307156695, registered address Žirgų 18-6, Raudondvario km., Vilnius district, email: info@kelioniuserpas.lt.
1.3. These Terms apply to all users of the Website who make reservations, purchase services, or use the functions provided by the Website.
1.4. By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2.1. A service order is considered a concluded contract when the client submits an order on the Website and receives confirmation by email.
2.2. The client must provide accurate data (name, email, phone number, etc.) required to fulfill the order.
2.3. If the provided data is incorrect or incomplete, the service provider is not responsible for any inconvenience or losses resulting from this.
3.1. The Website offers travel, leisure, accommodation, transportation, guide or other travel organization services.
3.2. A description of each service is provided on the relevant page.
3.3. The service provider reserves the right to change service descriptions, prices or dates, informing clients before order confirmation.
4.1. All prices on the Website are provided in euros (EUR) and, unless otherwise stated, including VAT.
4.2. Prices may change due to currency rates or supplier price changes, but changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
4.3. The service provider has the right to apply additional administration or service fees, about which the client is informed before payment.
5.1. Payment for services is made through the Paysera system, bank transfer or other specified methods.
5.2. The client must make payment according to the instructions provided in the order confirmation.
5.3. An order is considered confirmed only when the service provider receives the full required payment.
5.4. By using the Paysera system, the client agrees to the Paysera payment service terms and refund policy.
5.5. The service provider is not responsible for errors made during payments if they arose due to incorrect data provided by the client.
6.1. Services are provided according to the date and time specified in the order.
6.2. The service provider undertakes to provide services with quality and in accordance with the described conditions.
6.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, supplier changes, force majeure) the service cannot be provided, the client may be offered:
7.1. Cancellations are submitted by email: info@kelioniuserpas.lt with order information specified.
7.2. If cancellation is submitted on time, the client receives a full or partial refund of the paid fee, minus the administrative fee.
7.3. If the order is cancelled late or the service is not used without notice, the fee is not refunded.
7.4. Money is refunded in the same way the payment was made through the Paysera system, according to the Paysera refund procedure.
7.5. Refunds are made within 510 business days from receipt of the approved request.
7.6. If the service is not fulfilled due to the service provider's fault, the client receives a full refund of the paid fee.
7.7. As required by Paysera integration, this refund policy is an integral part of service provision terms.
7.8. Contract termination fees by trip type:
7.8.A. If the travel package includes a regular flight:

Note: Flight ticket cancellation price is determined by the ticket cancellation rules applied by the specific carrier (airline). These fees may vary depending on ticket type and supplier.
7.8.B. If the travel package includes a charter flight:

Note: When terminating the contract for reasons beyond the service provider's control (e.g., client's decision or changed circumstances), the percentage fees indicated above apply. If termination occurs due to the service provider's fault or force majeure circumstances, the client may receive a full refund.
8.1. The client undertakes to use services responsibly and comply with all established conduct and safety requirements.
8.2. The client is responsible for providing correct data, making timely payment and following instructions.
8.3. The service provider is not responsible for the client's behavior, delays or missed times due to which the service cannot be provided.
9.1. All complaints about services provided must be submitted by email to info@kelioniuserpas.lt.
9.2. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from receipt.
9.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it is resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.4. The client also has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (VVTAT) or through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
10.1. The service provider is not responsible for losses incurred by the client or third parties if they arose due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the provider's control.
10.2. The service provider is not responsible for direct or indirect losses related to force majeure, transport delays, weather conditions or supplier errors.
11.1. The service provider has the right to change these terms at any time by updating them on the Website.
11.2. Changes take effect from the date of their publication on the Website.
11.3. By using the Website's services after changes, the client confirms that they agree to them.
12.1. Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is provided on a separate page.
12.2. Personal data is used only for order fulfillment and service quality assurance.
13.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. All disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the service provider's registered address location.
